Job description :-

  • 24×7 support
  • Excellent Communication Skills [Verbal & Written]
  • Thorough understanding of troubleshooting tools of Windows Operating System [Much needed who understand tools such as Services.msc, Network and Sharing Center etc., for easy reading]
  • Basics of Unix and Macintosh operating systems
  • Basic Networking commands and understanding [Helps to troubleshoot remote desktop, VPN, Wireless scenarios etc.,]
  • Good understanding of M365 platform. Especially collaboration tools like Outlook, MS Teams, OneDrive for Business and SharePoint
  • Network Printing
  • Take phone calls/chats: troubleshoot, resolve, or escalate customer issues or requests
  • Work Self-Service ticket queue based on Auto-Assignment
  • Individual usage of help desk tools
  • MS Teams room monitoring/collaboration
  • Provide “Y” in training for new hires (as needed)
  • Backup for Senior personnel to provide analyst assistance
  • KB usage / feedback
  • Associate Analyst mentorship
  • Senior role and responsibility awareness
  • Pass down
  • Language support – callbacks, modmail/tech doc/KB translations.

Primary Skills:-

  • Good customer interaction skills
  • Good Communication skill

Minimum Qualification:

  • 15 years of full-time education
  • Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
