Job description :-
- Required Technical Skill Set: SNOW, AD, Apps Packaging and Desktop
-
Working knowledge of Windows Server and Client operating Systems (Windows 7 or later and Windows 2012 or later)
-
Install, configure, manage, and monitor of complex multi-domain environment.
-
Proficient with Incident, Request fulfilment, change and problem management.
-
Create, update, document and manage GPOs across complex multiple domains.
-
Creation of Service Accounts, Generic Accounts, Privileged accounts and Security groups and management.
-
Creation, deletion of OUs, delegation of rights to lower tier/apps teams.
-
Periodic maintenance of User and computer accounts (disable inactive user and computer accounts).
-
Work with IT Security team on security incidents, identify the gap and close them via change management process.
-
Work with team members and implement process improvement initiatives.
-
Participation and support for projects in the Directory Service space.
-
Provide guidance to junior team members on process and procedure.
-
Work on escalated incidents from the Service Desk for AD stream.
-
Proficient with PowerShell scripting to generate reports and automation of routine activities.
-
Proficient in documentation of Standard operating procedures and creation of KB articles
-
Diagnose and resolve problems associated with the Active Directory Replication
-
Add, remove, and configure Active Directory sites, sitelinks, and subnets
-
Install, configure, and manage AD DNS.

Proficient in handling schema updates and troubleshoot trust relationship issues
- Excellent customer handling and presentation skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English proficiency
Primary Skills:-
- Windows Server
- Hyper-V
- Good communication skills (verbal & Written)
- 3-5 years of work experience in technical support
Minimum Qualification:
- 15 years of full-time education
- Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
