Job description :-

  • Should have experience in technical support process
  • Required extensive problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • OS: – Windows 7,8,10 – Advanced troubleshooting
  • Windows Server- Advanced knowledge
  • IIS, Apache, Tomcat, DHCP, LDAP, Virtualization (VMWare), DNS, Web service, Group policies
  • Database: – DB2/SQL – should be able to write queries
  • Should have experience in Install-Upgrade database, Backup and restore, Performance tuning, Runstats, Tablespace
  • Storage: Tivoli storage manager, Hitachi storage manager, NAS, SAN, Tape drives
  • Manage Advanced Networking and hardware troubleshooting
  • Analyzing and understanding application/Event viewer/Network logs

Primary Skills:-

  • Should be willing to work in 24/7 environment
  • Good communication skills (verbal & Written)
  • 3-5 years of work experience in technical support

Secondary Skills:-

  • Knowledge of HL7/DICOM will be a Plus
  • Experience troubleshooting medical domain application(RIS) will be a Plus
